Welcome to Pawna Camping Palm Village. By using our website, making a booking, or visiting our campsite, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the quoted rate.
• We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and bank transfers.
• A valid government‑issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) is required at check‑in for all guests.

2. Check‑in / Check‑out

• Check‑in time: 4:00 PM (early check‑in subject to availability).
• Check‑out time: 11:00 AM (late check‑out may incur additional charges).
• Please carry a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation.

3. Campsite Rules

• All guests must adhere to safety and security guidelines provided by our staff.
• Consumption of alcohol and smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM to respect other guests and the environment.
• Ragging, offensive behaviour, or causing disturbance to other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Plastic waste must be disposed of responsibly; we encourage eco‑friendly practices.

4. Liability & Safety

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The campsite is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
• Participation in adventure activities (kayaking, trekking, etc.) is at your own risk. Our staff will provide instructions, but we are not liable for injuries arising from negligence or non‑compliance.
• In case of medical emergencies, we will assist with first aid and transportation to the nearest hospital, but we are not responsible for medical expenses.

5. Child Policy

• Children under 5 years: Free (no extra bed/mattress).
• Children 5‑10 years: 50% of the adult package rate (includes meals and shared accommodation).
• Children above 10 years will be charged as adults.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed separately on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page. By booking, you agree to those terms.

7. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who:

• Are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
• Display abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour.
• Cause damage to campsite property (guests will be charged for repairs).

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or refund as per the situation.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
