Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pawna Camping Palm Village, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 7 days before check‑in: Full refund (minus a ₹200 processing fee).
- Between 3 to 7 days before check‑in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 3 days before check‑in: No refund.
- No‑show: No refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone call. Refunds will be processed within 7‑10 business days using the original payment method.
2. Date Change / Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the original check‑in date, subject to availability.
- A rescheduling fee of ₹300 per booking will be charged.
- Only one date change is permitted per booking.
3. Cancellation by the Campsite
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns), you will be offered:
- A full refund of the total amount paid, OR
- The option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability) with no additional charges.
We will notify you as soon as possible and assist with the process.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider; we process refunds within 2‑3 business days of approval.
- If payment was made via Razorpay, the refund will be initiated through their system.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in cases where only a portion of the booking is cancelled (e.g., reducing the number of guests). Such requests are handled on a case‑by‑case basis and may incur administrative charges.
6. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are non‑refundable:
- Transportation services (if booked separately).
- Any add‑on services (e.g., private bonfire, special meals) that have already been arranged.
